About Me
Hey! My name is Kirsten Jane Reed and I am an aspiring production coordinator.
I took on the role of producer throughout my years at Falmouth University on the Animation and Visual Effects course. Specialising in producing stop motion and 2D short films, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with amazing people on numerous films. I am highly motivated to see the projects through to completion. Building strong relationships with my team across the pipeline has produced successful results. I can communicate on all levels and with an enthusiastic and pro-active approach to all tasks which is demonstrated through my experiences.

BA Hons Animations and Visual Effects
Falmouth University
Graduating with a First Class of the BA (Hons) Animation and Visual Effects course at Falmouth University, I was taught about animation and visual effects. Originally I applied for 2D and then discovered my love for stop motion and producing. I learnt about the stop motion pipeline and developed my skills and understanding of software, equipment and more. During my time at Falmouth, I have produced four stop motion films that were successfully completed. One of which was nominated for RTS Student Awards 2023.
2019 - 2020
Art and Design
South Essex College
I completed this intense and creative course with a Merit, I explored a wide range of specialties, which aided my portfolio when looking into a higher education course in an art and design subject. The course encouraged me to take risks and truly understand what it means to create art to a higher standard. I developed strong relations with other artists and participated in numerous art and design exhibitions.
